Optional recruitment

The rare profile becomes reachable. The mission becomes possible.

Pacto lets companies entrust their searches to member headhunters, without having to concentrate the full recruitment fees at the start.

For recruiters, it is a new way to move forward mandates that would otherwise be postponed over immediate budget. The agreed fees are carried to a traceable balance, then settled progressively as the client collects revenue.

Optional recruitment

Describe the profile you are looking for

A Pacto advisor connects you with member headhunters matching your need. No commitment at this stage.

The marked fields are required.

Pacto does not perform the recruitment and does not guarantee its outcome. Your details are only used for this introduction.

I am a headhunter

Direct contracts, optional service and payments without intermediary. Pacto does not perform the recruitment and does not guarantee its outcome.

Illustrative example
Company, recruiter, rare profile: two separate balances, direct payments. Pacto is only the framework and the register.

Two needs, one mechanism

Company side

You need expertise the usual channels do not reach

A highly specialised profile can be decisive for a mission, a product or a new activity. Yet the fees needed to organise its search can lead to postponing the recruitment.

With a Pacto member headhunter, these fees can be integrated into your program and settled progressively with the other open balances.

The search can start without waiting for the entire budget to be available immediately.
Headhunter side

You have identified a real mandate, but the immediate budget blocks the decision

A client can have a serious need, a real activity and a precisely defined profile, yet refuse or postpone your proposal because it does not want to pay out all your fees at once.

Pacto lets you offer another pace. Your fees remain fully recognised in the contract. They are recorded to your balance and settled progressively based on the program's revenue.

You do not give up your fees. You accept a different payment schedule.
Pacto does not reduce the value of the service. Pacto reduces the weight of its immediacy.
For the company

Recruit rare expertise without unbalancing the start

Remove the immediate-budget brake

The company does not have to concentrate all the search and recruitment fees at the launch of the mission.

Access search specialists

It can select a member headhunter who knows the market, the skills and the profiles matching its need.

Bring the services into one program

The recruiter's fees and the recruited freelancer's services can be tracked as separate balances in the same Pacto program.

Match payments to real activity

The monthly envelope devoted to the balances depends on the revenue the company actually collects.

For headhunters

Mandates that no longer stop automatically at the budget question

Move more mandates forward

A company that does not immediately have the whole envelope can still decide to launch a serious search.

Keep the full agreed fees

The amount set in the contract is carried to your balance once the contractual conditions of your remuneration are met.

Fees go from the client to the recruiter. Never through Pacto, with no commission.

Pay no commission on your payments

Pacto takes no commission on what you receive. Payments are made directly by the company.

Negotiate your remuneration freely

You agree directly with the client on the amount, the success conditions and the milestones of your mandate. The remuneration can take the staged payment into account, with no automatic multiplier.

Track a traceable balance

You have visibility on the amount carried to your balance, the payments received, the revenue declared by the program and the remaining balance.

Amount carried, payments, remaining balance: everything is time-stamped and consultable.

Build more durable relationships

You no longer make just a one-off introduction. You can support the successive needs of companies organised to integrate specialised expertise.

The trade-off is real: payment is not immediate and no final date can be guaranteed. The pace depends on the client's revenue and the other open balances.

Recruitment no longer ends at the signature

The company

It looks for a profile able to produce durable value, while keeping a payment pace compatible with its activity.

The headhunter

They have an interest in presenting a genuinely suitable profile. When the client's activity grows, their balance can be settled faster.

The recruited freelancer

They can accept a mission at an increased rate in exchange for staged payment as the program collects revenue.

Recruitment quality, value creation and business continuity become shared interests.

This alignment mainly concerns the economic pace of the relationship. The client's growth can speed up payments, but it does not automatically change the agreed fee amount and is not a payment guarantee.

A direct mandate, a visible balance, a shared redistribution

01

The company describes its need

Profile sought, skills, context, timeline and expected results.

02

It chooses a member headhunter

The recruiter is selected freely. Pacto imposes no provider.

03

The parties sign their contract

The company and the recruiter directly define the fees, the success conditions and the milestones of the mandate.

04

The fees are carried to the balance

Once the agreed conditions are met, the agreed amount joins the headhunter's Pacto balance.

05

The balance is settled as revenue comes in

Each month, the company devotes the agreed fraction of its collected revenue to all the open balances. The envelope is distributed pro rata.

Revenue actually collected × redistribution rate = monthly envelope
Recommended rate: 12.5%Distribution: pro rata of open balancesPayments: directly from the company to each member

A PhD in mathematics for a highly specialised mission

Illustrative example

A company is looking for a PhD in mathematics whose expertise is hard to identify through the usual channels. It mandates a Pacto member headhunter.

The profile sought

PhD in mathematics

Usual daily rate used in the example:
€ 1,200

Increased daily rate agreed in the program:
€ 3,600

Estimate given for this example:
around 18 to 19 months of settlement

This duration depends on the revenue collected, the number of days worked and all the open balances.

The headhunter

Fee assumption:
12,000 to € 15,000

Treatment: the agreed amount is carried to the recruiter's Pacto balance once the conditions defined in their contract are met.

Advantage: the mandate can be accepted without requiring the full payout of the fees at the start.

The program

Each month:
12.5% of the revenue actually collected, if the company chose the recommended rate

Use: the envelope is distributed between the headhunter's balance, the recruited freelancer's balance and any other open balances.

For the company: you avoid a single outflow of 12,000 to € 15,000, but the full amount stays recorded in the program until it is cleared.
For the headhunter: you win a mandate that could have been postponed, with no commission taken by Pacto, but you accept progressive payment with no guaranteed final date.

Pacto does not remove the budget. It turns an immediate constraint into a tracked commitment.

The company remains bound to settle the full agreed fees. The headhunter does not necessarily receive all of their remuneration at the time of recruitment.

The 12.5% rate is neither a fee reduction, nor a commission, nor a liability cap. It is the recommended fraction of monthly revenue devoted to settling all the open balances.

Higher revenueBalances can shrink faster.
Lower revenueSettlement slows down.
No revenue in a periodNo payment for that period and the balances carry over.
