Contracts and documents
Understand here which document governs which relationship. The full regulations, their versions and their annexes are provided before any signature, then remain available in your Pacto Program space. They are not published on the site.
The right document depends on your contract, its date and any notifications received since signature. Update rules differ per relationship. In case of difference with an explanatory page, the applicable contract and its annexes prevail.
One Pacto, one contract
Each relationship between a company and a freelancer is organised in its own contract. The document is adapted to the trade concerned, the company, the applicable jurisdiction and the parameters agreed between the parties. Pacto provides the framework and the templates, but stays outside the contract and the financial flows.
The full contracts, their parameters and their annexes are available in the space of each company with a Pacto program, for each of its relationships. The first seat includes the customisation of the contractual framework for the client company.

Each document shows its version and date. Earlier versions remain accessible in the archives when needed to understand an existing relationship. They are clearly separated from the documents offered for a new signature.
